Our apartments have a large kitchen furnished with updated appliances (refrigerator and stove). Each unit has two large closets and additional storage. Enjoy well-maintained interiors complete with new wood floors.

Find our apartments less than a quarter-mile away from the California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) and 15 minutes from the beach. Our property ensures the safe surroundings of a residential area despite being situated close to the busy campus.
We are also conveniently located less than a mile away from grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and hiking.

While we provide two free parking permits for each two-bedroom unit, parking is not guaranteed (permits do exceed number of parking spaces, but we have free additional street parking available). In addition to car parking, we also offer secure bike racks within the complex.

Our property is monitored by security systems, ensuring the safety and protection of our residents. We also have an on-site manager.

We accept Cal Poly's Educated Renter's Certificate. Our apartment complex agrees to consider Cal Poly's Educated Renter's Certificate as a part of the application process.
