Fully completed applications and co-signer forms must be received and approved by Cal Park Apartments before a unit can be reserved. Reservation of a unit also requires a $1,500 holding deposit, which will be applied towards the first month’s rent.

Leases start on July 1^st and end on June 20^th.

Rent is due on the first day of the month. Rent not paid by close of business on the fifth day of the month is subject to a $75 late fee, and returned checks are subject to a penalty fee. Only one, full rental payment check will be accepted for each rental apartment.

Pets are not permitted at Cal Park Apartments.
